Bethany and Jonas had a great time painting together! They are both pretty talented.

V-Day Flashback

Bethany made me the cutest card for Valentine's Day (with Aunt Sarah's help, of course). As you can see, she gets really excited for arts and crafts time - takes after her mom.
But she means business when it gets going! What a great V-day present!

Happy Birthday, Great Gram!

This past Saturday we celebrated my grandma's 80th birthday! You wouldn't guess she's 80 by looking at her, tell you that. Bethany made her a "foot" painted (hence the huge mess a couple days ago), and we finally got her a bunch of pictures for her brag book.

Then, as you might imagine, little Bethany hung outside the casino while all the grown-ups ran in and lost all their money. (She's been to the casino more this summer than she will be for the next 18 years, I swear.) Late night!

Foot Painting

Bethany and I had some fun "foot" painting, and got to have some much needed quality time. (Granted, we still have a lot of time together, but it was nice to be focused totally on her.) The painting was MESSY! I'm determined to have her like getting messy. Like me. Not like her dad. It's much more entertaining if you're getting into messes. Makes for good pictures.
