Who would've thought we'd end up with three beautiful girls? We're enjoying watching them learn and grow, and we love showing them off almost as much! Stay tuned, because our life moves fast!

Take a Picture
Bethany gathered up all her hangers and said, "Mommy, take a picture!" Apparently, it's really cool, so I thought I'd pass it along.
Bath Time
Rebekah gets her baths with Bethany now. She's finally big enough to sit up on her own without me worrying about her falling! I figure if she can pull herself up to standing, she can sit!

Snow Day!
Bethany LOVED playing in the snow today! She didn't mind being cold at all. She made snow angels and filled up her bucket with snow. She even drove the boat through the snow storm! We will be doing lots more playing in the snow this year! Check out Jonas' blog for a video of Bethany making a snow angel!

Christmas in Clarence...
... was a bust. It's a good thing the kids are 2 and had no idea how not worth it it was! They enjoyed the carousel, the car ride, and the bounce house! The gift shop had this crazy singing Santa, which for some reason didn't bother Bethany in the least. Believe it or not, that was probably the highlight of the trip! We walked through the light show before it got dark, and decided it wasn't worth seeing at night - so we went home and made more cookies instead! Fun!

Summer in the Winter
This gorgeous dress makes me wish that it was warmer outside! Thankfully, it's nice and warm here in our apartment!

Newest Hideout
I went to see what Bethany and Jonas were up to... and discovered them hiding in my closet. They can be so strange!
Sitting Up
Rebekah can get from a prone position up to sitting no problem! It won't be long until she's cruising - she already tries to pull herself up on stuff!

Christmas is Starting
I am super excited for Christmas this year. We started celebrating the season by decorating - a task which Bethany loved. Rebekah didn't really get it, but loved all the new stuff to play with!

E is for Eeyore
I'm making my girls an ABC book for Christmas, and tonight we had fun taking pictures of some of our letters. I just had to share this one because Rebekah cracks me up!
Go, Bucks!!!
We were in Columbus for the OSU-Michigan game, which is practically a holiday down there! Matthew and his buddy, Andy, were the only ones with tickets to the game, but that didn't stop us all from going to enjoy the skull session. We took the bus (possibly Bethany's favorite part), and clapped/danced/yelled through the band's performance. And of course, had a bathroom emergency, which is always fun in a crowd of 15,000 people. All our cheering paid off. Go, Bucks!!!!

Almost Crawling
My little 6 month old is oh-so-close to crawling. She gets up on her hands and knees and rocks back and forth like a maniac, but she can't figure out where to go from there. In the meantime, she army crawls herself around everywhere, and can sit for a couple seconds by herself. AND she has her first tooth poking through on the bottom! All that drooling is paying off. (Sarah also wants me mention that her feet are still huge. Poor Bekah, getting teased like that.)
Rebekah had her check-up yesterday, and weighs 14 lbs, 11 ozs, and she's 27" long. Her head is back to it's normal size (no swelling!), which we were very excited about. She was a super smiley girl through the whole appointment, and all the nurses were admiring her!

Funny Face
I feel like I haven't blogged about Bethany in a while. So here's "Princess Bethany"'s funny little face for you!

Quiltie Debut
Rebekah finally got her own Quiltie. She's never had one, mostly because Bethany is so attached to them that I was afraid of her attacking Bekah for hers! But when she started stealing Bethany's taggies anyway, I decided that it was time Rebekah had her own. Turns out, Bethany doesn't mind too much! And it's a great way to promote The Quiltie Quack - I sold my first 3 this weekend!
Contagious Giggles
When Rebekah giggles, you can't help but giggle along with her. Bethany can get her laughing so hard, and she doesn't even have to put any effort into it. I, on the other hand, still have to go way out of my way to get giggles. It's very fun to see the two of them interact, so I'm not complaining!
Check out the super cute picture of Bekah and Jonas here.

In a Pickle
Yesterday Bethany was begging to put on her bear costume and go get candy, so I had to explain to her that she had to wait a very long time before she could do that again. To make her feel better, I told her that she could dress up as something different next year. I said, "What do you want to be next Halloween?" Bethany's response? "A pickle!" Where does she come up with this stuff?

Where'd the Summer Go?
Halloween
The 3 little bears had a blast this Halloween. We ran them ragged all weekend - Malloweening, trick-or-treating, trunk-or-treating, and even making an appearence at Grandma's office party. We had so much fun making these costumes, and I loved showing the kids off. Luckily, they didn't mind wearing them! Now, what to do with all that candy?

Pumpkin Carving
The nasty weather didn't stop our pumpkin carving plans yesterday! Bethany and Jonas are the neatest pumpkin carvers I know. Hardly any clean up required! By the way, the bottom left picture is Bethany's "scary" face.
Halloween Preview
Last weekend we were in Columbus for the big Penn State game. It didn't end the way we wanted, but we enjoyed our fellowship with the Tree people, as I call them. We also had a failed attempt at Trunk-or-Treating, which is ok, because it means you get to finally see my girls dressed up! Check out Mommy Bear and Baby Bear. (Papa Bear was back home in Buffalo!)

Open Doors
We took advantage of Doors Open Niagara to spend some time at our botanical gardens. Surprisingly, I've never been there before. We caught the Mum Festival, too, so there were lots of bright flowers to see! We'll definitely be visiting again.
