Contagious Giggles

When Rebekah giggles, you can't help but giggle along with her. Bethany can get her laughing so hard, and she doesn't even have to put any effort into it. I, on the other hand, still have to go way out of my way to get giggles. It's very fun to see the two of them interact, so I'm not complaining!

Backyard

Bethany and Jonas spent their lovely Friday afternoon in the backyard! (Which is where we end up when the babies don't keep themselves on the same schedule. Thankfully, that's pretty rare.) Bethany was all over the place, and managed to get a good amount of grass on our blanket. She's finally brave enough to walk the backyard barefoot, but usually prefers to stay and play with Jonas.

Bethany's been a little out of sorts today recovering from yesterday. But she had a lot of things to keep her busy - new toys! She should never be bored again with all this new stuff!

The Slide Ruler

Today is supposedly our last day of nice weather, so Bethany and I spent a bit of time on the playground. She loves hanging out on the slide... although ironically enough, she does not enjoy going down the slide. I'm sure that won't last long.

Peek-a-Boo

Double Feature

These videos were taken at the same time on Sunday, while Bethany's grandma and grandpa were up. She's such a cute, cute girl, and so close to walking! She can stand way longer than the clip suggests, and she's getting pretty awesome at walking holding on to one finger, too. It won't be long!

Doctor, Doctor

Bethany had her 9 month check-up today. She's happy and healthy. Not that I needed a doctor to tell me that. She's 16 some pounds, 28 inches... long and skinny. And we even got her some lotion that will hopefully help with those chapped cheeks. I almost forgot the best part - no shots! Which made it a very good visit for Bethany.

Giggles

Bethany is a happy girl today! I just love it!

80s Bethany

We were playing cards earlier today, and Bethany was getting a kick out of Matthew fanning her in the face with the cards. We didn't have our camcorder, so we took a video with our camera. There's no sound, but it's still really cute. Check it out! (PS. Isn't the jacket she's wearing ridiculously 80s? It reminds me of something I would've worn when I was a kid. Cracks me up!)
