Bethany caught up with the rest of the family, too, including some Yahtzee time with Great Grandma, and her cousins, Evann and Ailey! She is so into dice. We were thankful for Bethany's good health this visit, and that she got to actually get within 10 feet of Ailey. They make quite a pair. Bethany's cousin, Sarah, got in some good reading time with her... and for some reason didn't make it on any of my pictures.
We had such a fun picnic dinner in Central Park. Bethany got to see all the joggers, and enjoyed trying to get in their way. She also had a chance to play with Evann's parachute, and make me really want to get her one! Evann was such a good big cousin, and entertained her and let her use all her toys. Thanks, Evann!
I have to admit I was really looking forward to putting up the latest Bethany and Ailey pictures. But, because my baby girl was so sick, they didn't really get too close to one another. So I'll have to settle for a Dawn and Ailey picture!
Evann provided both entertainment and amazement for Bethany. You can tell Bethany wants to be just like her some day!
Sorry, that's it in pictures for that get together. By the end of Wednesday both Bethany and I were exhausted, although today Bethany seems to be catching up on sleep and hopefully finally getting well again!
Bethany met her cousin, Evann, this weekend. She LOVED Evann's hair, and tried to grab it every chance she got. (Who can blame her, Evann's hair is awesome.) We're looking forward to Bethany having a big cousin to take care of her!
