Who would've thought we'd end up with three beautiful girls? We're enjoying watching them learn and grow, and we love showing them off almost as much! Stay tuned, because our life moves fast!

'Tis the Season
Bethany went to the mall this morning with her Uncle Mike, Mary and Jonas. They must've worn her out pretty good because she was seriously knocked out when I got there to pick her up. I tried just talking to her to wake her up. Didn't work. Wheeled her out to the car in the rain. Still sound asleep. It wasn't until I unbuckled her and lifted her out of the stroller that she stirred. What a tired baby! Then she took a good nap from 6:00 to 8:00 (of course), and is still awake as we speak. That hasn't happened in a while...

Keeping up with the Joneses
Our weekend in Columbus was filled with lots of "crawling." Bethany loves going after toys, but a cell phone is the one thing guaranteed to get her moving. She also discovered this weekend that banging a spoon on the table makes a lot of noise and can be very entertaining.
Here is Bethany posing for the camera. On our way to church on Sunday she wouldn't let me stop taking pictures - every time the camera was out of her sight she cried.
After church we went out to lunch with Uncle Mike, Aunt Kiko, Matthew, and Grandma Susan. (Notice the spoon in each hand!)
Matthew, who is the cute 2 year old in the next picture, took a liking to Bethany and gave her a big kiss goodbye. Her first kiss from a boy!
And of course, all the kissing and spoon banging wore my baby girl out!
We left Sunday after a quick bite of dinner. Bethany was not up for getting back into her car seat and took advantage of her very sweet grandmother!
And, as they say, "home again, home again, jiggity jig."

Wildlights!
The Columbus Zoo has the coolest Christmas lights ever. Luckily, it was a gorgeous day out, so Bethany didn't need much bundling to join everybody venturing out to kick off the Christmas season! We met up with Uncle Pete and Aunt Kim, along with various members of their family, and Bethany met yet another Uncle Andy!! What fun! As for the Christmas lights... well... people are so much more fun to look at.

Coshocton
Our trip to Ohio started with a night at Great Grandma Faye's house. Bethany was able to see the Coshocton Lafferty's, and was very excited to see Grandma and Grandpa. (And she enjoyed some Thanksgiving leftovers!)

Thanksgiving
Bethany's first Thanksgiving was a lot of fun! We went to Aunt Karen and Uncle Tom's house, and Bethany immediately got on the floor to play with her cousin, Ben. She also agreed to a little photo shoot with cousin, Jonas.
She had lots of new things to eat for dinner. Potatoes with gravy (which she didn't really appreciate), cole slaw (which she got down ok), cranberries (which she wasn't sure about), and whipped cream for desert (which she loved).Once it got to be about Bethany's bedtime, we all hopped into the car and started our trip down to Ohio for the weekend! Yay!

Update Coming...
I have been without batteries to my camera for a week, hence the lack of postings. I promise that at some point today I will post this weekend's adventures. For a preview, check out Jonas' Thanksgiving post. Our babies are the cutest!

Random Glimpses of Today
Crazy day today! Bethany was dragged on a 5 HOUR long shopping trip! By her mother! What is going on??? She had fun checking out all the people hitting up the Veteran's Day sales. Then she crashed and went home to watch football with her daddy. Lots of quality time with both parents... what a spoiled baby.

Going to the Zoo, ooh ooh
Today was Bethany's first time to the Buffalo Zoo - and I wasn't there! Her Uncle Mike took her while he was babysitting. What a fun uncle she has! She looks all warm and bundly, doesn't she? She has on a giraffe onesie for the occasion... you just can't tell with all those layers. It's the thought that counts, right?
